Pearl Jam... then |
|
... and now! |
This year marks the 20th Anniversary of Pearl Jam! It's a milestone year for the band founded in Seattle, Washington. On
the official Pearl Jam Website announced the release of their upcoming "Live on Ten Legs" album, along with reissuing the albums "Vs." and "Vitalogy." Get ready for "Pearl Jam Twenty," a documentary about the band directed by Cameron Crowe ("Jerry MacGuire" & "Almost Famous"). To celebrate the occasion, we will not attempt to decipher the lyrics from, 'Yellow Ledbetter'... But will hit repeat on the track, "Elder Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town." Yes, time flies and it's been 13-years since seeing Pearl Jam live in Memphis, Tennessee. Eddie Vedder did Elvis Presley proud that night by doing several mighty fine encore renditions of the King of Rock n' Roll. Long live Pearl Jam!
